Passenger car tires only. Tires must be dry.
No business or commercial drop-off.

Russell Township residents may bring their personal records or sensitive documents to the Township Road Garage where an automated shredder will shred them. The process is quick, convenient, and secure. Hand your papers to the technician and leave - or park and watch. Bring up to five paper bags or copy paper boxes.
