FREE to Russell Residents: LED Lightbulbs
November 28, 2023Russell Township has FREE LED lightbulbs to distribute to residents. The LED lightbulbs are "warm white" and equivalent to 60 watts. Limit three lightbulbs per household, at this time. They may be picked up in the front lobby of the Township Administration Building, 8501 Kinsman Road, between 7:30 am and 4 pm, work days. Offered only until the supply is gone. The funds for the LED lightbulbs are entirely provided by the NOPEC Energized Community grant. No township funding was used.
