RUSSELL TOWNSHIP SEEKS ROAD SUPERINTENDENT

Russell Township seeks applicants for a full–time Road Superintendent. This position will report to the Township Trustees and will manage the Road Department. 

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree, 10 years of related management experience, experience with site drainage and road construction, experience in hiring and supervising employees, experience working with contractors and suppliers, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

RUSSELL TOWNSHIP SEEKS VOLUNTEER FOR BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Russell Township residents interested in serving as a volunteer member of the Board of Zoning Appeals are encouraged to apply by noon, February 20, 2025. Full terms are for five years & appointments are made by the Township Trustees.

The Board of Zoning Appeals hears appeals and considers applications for variances, changes of use and conditional uses. The Board of Zoning Appeals applies the provisions of the existing zoning regulations and works to identify & improve zoning problems.
