FOR CITIZENS’ PARK BOARD

Russell Township residents interested in serving as a volunteer member of the Russell Township Citizens’ Park Board are encouraged to apply by noon on Thursday, April 16, 2026.   

The Citizens’ Park Board (ORC 511) works to locate, establish, improve, maintain, and operate public parks in Russell Township.

Candidates for the Citizens’ Park Board will have a cooperative nature, communication skills, dedication to long-term efforts, knowledge or skills of value to the board, and a commitment to public parks in Russell Township.

RUSSELL TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT SEEKS FULL-TIME & PART-TIME PATROL OFFICERS:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license, High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be a certified police officer in the State of Ohio (O.P.O.T.A.)

  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, medical screening, psychological, and polygraph or computer voice stress analysis (C.V.S.A.)

  • Must possess the physical and mental capabilities needed to perform the duties of a police officer

  • Must possess excellent communications skills both oral and written
