Fire Department
For 7 decades, the men and women of the Russell Fire-Rescue Department have turned out to help their neighbors in times of trouble. Our firefighters, paramedics and rescue specialists are trained and equipped to deal with a variety of situations affecting individuals and communities. It is the mission of Russell Fire-Rescue to provide the best and most comprehensive system of fire protection and medical care to the citizens of Russell Township
The department offers EMS, fire suppression, prevention, and education to Russell Township. Originally a volunteer department, today the Russell Fire-Rescue Department is staffed by 4 part time firefighters/ EMT Paramedics 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
